The employee at the store opened 10min early, knowing she had customers in the parking lot. She didn't have to do it, but was kind enough to do so. Class Act!

Traci was phenomenal! She loves her employees and goes above and beyond for the customers! Always use this store for shipping and printing needs. Will continue to do so long as Traci owns the place!

Honest Review for The UPS Store #4093 (Granbury, TX)
I wanted to take a moment to share my experience in hopes it helps others—and maybe opens the door to a few answers.
I dropped off a package at this UPS Store just before closing on a Friday 9/18, My package was apparently never scanned into the system, though UPS showed that the container was and supposedly in made it to Memphis. Unfortunately, the package itself never arrived at its destination and still hasn’t been located. UPS customer service explained there are two types of scans the scan with the label the Store put on my box and another scan for the container carrying my box. I learned that the container has moved, but the box itself had no scans. Conflicting stories by customer service regarding this, the store hasn’t help other than to quickly file a claim which I did not want I want my package back and to make matters worse, I was talked out of insurance by a store employee
This made me look deeper—and I’ve now come across multiple public reviews over time of poor customer service at the store and Issues that describe similar situations: packages dropped off, tracking issues, and ultimately not arriving where they were supposed to.
I’ve reached out to UPS for help, sent a certified letter, and even tried to investigate on my own. I’m also very familiar with UPS operations—my husband retired after 30 years, and I worked for the company too. So I know what should have happened and what’s missing here.
I want to acknowledge that the store owner, Tracy, is consistently polite and quick to respond to reviews, which may appear as an effort to engage. But the core issue—packages disappearing Bad customer service without resolution—still seems to persist.
If you’ve had a similar experience at this location, I’d really appreciate you reaching out or commenting. I’m not here to accuse anyone—just trying to connect with others who’ve gone through the same thing and hopefully find out what’s going on.
Thank you.

I had a print job done and half of the documents were printed incorrectly AND in color which I did not request BUT, Liz did her best to make it right and reprinted the documents so I was able to use them. Thanks Liz for your time and patience!
