After years of living in the big city, I thought all Post Offices were the same - indifferent, uncaring, and lazy. Mr. Kevin sure has changed our mind. And, just when we thought this Post Office was turning into that with the unwelcoming young lady they hired recently, he returns to get things back on track. Then, to see him in The Café, everyone visiting with him, I'm just very grateful there are good people in thw world and that we get to interact with one of those people in our little town. Can't possibly rate or reccomend highly enough.

I'm always getting other peoples mail and the rude lady has started returning to sender as soon as something gets delivered to the post office when it's got my physical address on it. (We filled out a form to foward anything with our physical address to our PO box when we first bought our box and NEVER had a problem until the past 6 months) about to put a mailbox back up at our residence(physical address) so I can stop dealing with the rude lady!! Absolutely fed up with the Graford post office. I'm tired of being talked down to as well! Never had this bad of an issue with any other post offices where we had previously lived!!!
