I have read several reviews and I was very surprised about what I read. We had a great experience at this post office. I didnot get the gentlemen’s name but he was very friendly and helpful with my packages from Amazon.

Horrible place. Employees are very rude and unhelpful. They started with delivering my mom’s mail in the ditch by the road. After I defended my mother they started messing with me. Now they deliver several broken packages. Put my packages almost under my car just outside my carport so rain can destroy it. They have even put my mail in the rain. Rodney is a horrible man with a temper. Rodney yells at the customers all the time. But the people above them allow this behavior and that’s why they have such a lousy rating. The customer care people are no help at all. I spoke to a Leslie Davis and she’s as horrible as the ones at the post office. The mail carrier Summer has broken several packages and has claimed she delivered packages that she did not. I believe Rodney and Summer purposely destroy my packages. Here’s a few of the broken packages and destroyed mail that started after asking them to deliver my mom’s packages correctly!! We now have someone get our packages daily due to Rodney’s lies and cause Summer is so lazy!!

Friendly people but make a habit of messing up mail hold & forward requests. This is annoying & very inconvenient. In this age of FedEx, UPS, DHL and other more reliable delivery services I try to support my local Post Office but the frequent poor service makes it difficult.
