I have read the reviews that are negative about this office and cannot believe to what point these people had to go to get to such a negative attitude. It seems these people were so pleasant and I'm sure they had a great attitude and could not have had anything to do with the response that they are now reporting. Rochelle would not just call law enforcement on someone that came into the post office to conduct business. They appear to be the type of person who isn't happy unless everyone around them is unhappy. Shame on you.

The driver doesn't notify you that you have certified mail, she just puts the slip in the mailbox and drives off (which I've verified through consumer affairs is not by policy). My other issue is with Postmaster Rochelle. She refused to take my complaint on the driver, she refused to identify, she refused to let me see or give me a copy of the policy, and she refused to give me contact info for a superior public official. After refusing to help me, she called the police on me for asking questions. I have since changed my address for fear of retaliation. This post office is garbage, they will call the police to intimidate you when you want information. Wish I could give less than 1 star for this business choosing to violate my rights and threatening me with police. For shame Postmaster Rochelle Zeno.
