Wish this could be a zero star review. There is a woman who works here with long hair and she will happily raise her voice at customers. This post office didn’t deliver my Amazon package and said it was due to my address not existing. When we went in my husband let her know that our package was not delivered, she asked what our address is and immediately said “that address does not exist.” She did not use her resources to look for the address or anything. She said our address is only in Moulton, TX. My house is 100 years old. I’ve been receiving mail from the address they’re saying doesn’t exist from this post office. I pay city taxes, city water bill. They had me go and call Golden Cresent who then told me since I’m in city limits, they couldn’t help me, but that my address does in fact exist. If you live in Gonzales, you know where Moulton Road is. Apparently this post office does not. Another lady assisted us and was much nicer. Would not recommend what so ever. Hope the original woman wakes up happier with her life someday.
