I went today to send an international package to Mexico. Amy was very helpful and gave me excellent customer service. Thanks again!

If I could give zero stars, that would be the rating. Four packages have been “lost” this past year since moving to Godley. I’ve had to argue with people at the post office saying I have not received the packages. The mail delivery person keeps putting my mail or packages in someone else’s box. Is it that hard to put the right package in the correct box? Then to have to waste my time filling out forms or going up to the post office to deal with rude people who say, “well according to this it says delivered” yes, delivered to the wrong box!!! Magically the packages appear a few days later. Except one!!! Still have not received my mail order medications. The package was opened and left in my box empty!!! I hope they enjoyed my blood pressure meds.

Absolutely worst post office I have ever experienced. They need to do an audit on this Godley office specifically for the amount of packages that “get lost”

Service seems to vary widely at this post office. I came on Wednesday (10/11/23) around noon to a gentleman who had no idea at all about international shipping. I had calculated the price beforehand on the USPS website and knew that the package would cost about $200. The man came up with over 650 dollars in his calculation. This is not only cheeky, but fraud! Never again. (By the way, in the end the package really did cost a little over 200 dollars at USPS).
