I have had multiple packages delayed by weeks when I've paid for it to be delivered within a few days. Recently, a card took 2 weeks to get across country. I sent it one week before a birthday and it got there the week after the birthday. I don't think these people are taking mail and packages to a hub every day, but rather whenever they feel like it. I will take mail and packages to Longview from now on. So, my latest box across country was sent on 12/16 and paid to arrive by 12/22, still hasn't shown up after 10 days...certainly didn't arrive by Christmas. This place is not worth the effort and expense...they don't deliver on time. Period!

I would give zero stars if I could. This Government run operation that calls themselves a postal service is just a sad gigantic joke. They DO NOT CARE if your package arrives or gets delivered, and the Manager is a terrible excuse of a leader that does not set any positive example for a remote standard in doing their jobs. This place is a disgrace to the USPS and needs to be overhauled and changes made immediately please.

These are the laziest government employees known. I order a package from Amazon twice a month and it's always delivered on time. This time they chose to pawn it off on ups...so now i will get it 5 days late. This is for my job. I'll be lucky if I still have one after this. They need to clean house at this facility.

Very unprofessional! On 3/18/25 , I was supposed to have gotten my package 📦. The email said it was delivered, which it was not " to my address" ! Everything on my address is right! The guy with the" tattoos", said to contact them & get another tracking number which made no sense. If it wasn't the right tracking number,It would not have been in town. These USPS drivers are getting in a hurry and throwing packages to other people. They don't care. Not they're money they're losing! It's mine! He said he knew where it was,but supposedly couldn't tell me! If I don't get my package,I will file a complaint & get a court order. That's they're job to deliver us our mail professionally,& they can't even do that! I want my package 📦 or I will take action!! Very unprofessiona!!!!! ( Tattoos aren't either)!
