This is exactly why people prefer even paying more at UPS or FedEx. At least they train their staff what customer service is and a standard for how to treat people. D'Ann specifically was the one that treated me poorly. She rushed me and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her when I asked her any questions. It was so bad that I took myself out of her line to finish my transactions with Megan, who was kind and understanding. I spent almost $50 at USPS today and walked away so upset at the experience.
