I just had the worst experience I've ever had mailing something off today and it was completely due to the lack of quality "customer service" that I experienced. This is exactly why people prefer even paying more at UPS or FedEx. At least they train their staff what customer service is and a standard for how to treat people. D'Ann specifically was the one that treated me poorly. She rushed me and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her when I asked her any questions. It was so bad that I took myself out of her line to finish my transactions with Megan, who was kind and understanding. I spent almost $50 at USPS today and walked away so upset at the experience.

Horrible! Just horrible! Delivers mail when it wants and then marks them as my driveway is not accessible. I have a circle driveway!! So I was lost which part of my driveway they couldn’t get too!! It’s a circle asphalt driveway-Another day of no mail couple weeks ago they did the exactly the something except my driveway wasn’t the issue they just just deliver any mail because the postmaster was make up and switch route. Makes me want to put all my mail on hold and I’ll pick it up my own dang self. USPS I really praised y’all on everything but when I don’t get my mail or not delivering it to me and lying about that’s another level!!!
