If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was just in here 2 months ago and the experience wasn’t great but at least what needed to get done eventually got done. Now, I moved just a couple doors over in the same cluster mailbox and the experience was completely different. All my questions were dismissed. The people at the front were extremely rude. They constantly ignored me and talked over me when I was just trying to get clarification on why the process changed. I also work in the leasing office, so I know the experience of everyone that has moved into the community as far as USPS is concerned. It sounded like they were just making stuff up to make it difficult and the two weren’t even on the same page. If you don’t need to come here, save yourself the frustration. USPS you need to do better about running a better store.

This place has the worst customer service. My package was “undeliverable”. Online it shows it’s at this location. I show up to attempt to pick it up and get told it’s not there. It’s not their problem. It’s another post offices problem.

Tried doing a walk-in passport appointment. The information on the website does not match with what they expect when you show up. The times are off (3pm-4pm says only, but it's really 2pm-4pm and they have limited slots, also not online). We called and we were told the walk-in passport service includes photo service, so we did not bring a photo (mind you, we called yesterday and then again today before coming in). We show up and are told that was wrong and it was our fault for calling their 800 number. Not sure what else I was supposed to do? There's no way to talk to someone in that building. We followed the instructions on the website. We drove 1 hour to be turned away and drive 1 hour back home. Spectacular waste of time, but pretty much on-par for what I expect from government service.

I would have rated them zero if that option were available. According to their website, they offer walk-in passport appointments from 3:00 to 4:00 PM. This was for my newborn baby. I called at least ten times, but not once was my call answered. So, I made a trip there in the morning to confirm the walk-in timing, and they told me to come between 3:00 and 4:00 PM. I did all this to avoid putting my little one through multiple trips. We arrived at 3:15 PM for the walk-in, only to be told—unexpectedly—that I should have filled out a form at 2:00 PM to confirm the walk-in. Despite multiple requests and explaining that I had come with my newborn, they were extremely rude and refused to accommodate us. The staff were absolutely disrespectful, and I sincerely hope they learn to treat people with more empathy—something they are clearly lacking.
