Its been over a month, havent heard anything about any keys and everytime I go into the post office to collect my mail they never have it. The driver doesn't know to leave it at the facility even though I've reminded them 4 separate times and filled out the form. Its absolutely ridiculous how much time I've wasted just trying to get my mail from them.

Well we paying taxes… front counter lady was talking about co workers calling in, and just all the issues with their work. Just not professional. I don’t mind waiting but just negativity especially after Christmas has no place in it. If you’re not happy don’t work lol. Life is too simple to spread negativity.

I did not request this. I do not have the time to keep going to the post office to wait in line and pick up packages.
