They seem to have good processes for keeping the lines moving rapidly. They are also very knowledgeable regarding the passport process. They really go the extra mile for seniors.

I've been here several times and the service, attitude, and professionalism have ALWAYS been great. Lines and wait times, with a few exceptions, also very good. My trips have always been for the basics: Stamps, special mailings, packages, etc. I have never used their passport service (if it even exists) and have never picked up a package.Again, no complaints!
- JJJude Ann & JoeJan 21, 20261.0I would give this post office a - 10 score if possible.The employee that waited on me was so rude, and this is not the first time to interact with him. He tried to PROVE to me that the address I have been using to mail packages to my niece for over 10 years in CT does not exist. I then went out to the digital mailbox after he totally humiliated me in line and was able to pull that address up with no issues. Once I finished my transaction in the lobby, I overheard him telling everyone in line how stupid i was. Yes, they are short staffed, i get it, but a better attitude would go along way. Otherwise, he/they shouldn't be working with the public. I wont go back there. besides GT has long overgrown this only station in town. Round Rock post office has the nicest people working there and they have even told me how many customers travel to their location because of rudeness and long, long, long lines.
