  I had a disappointing experience at this FedEx Office location. The employee I worked with (a man with a ponytail) was rude and dismissive while speaking to me, which made the interaction uncomfortable from the start. After spending time discussing my shipment, he only looked at the package at the very end and then said he couldn’t accept it. This is something that should have been identified immediately, not after the conversation was already over. It ended up wasting both his time and mine, and it could have been easily avoided with better attention at the beginning. I understand policies exist, but professionalism and basic courtesy go a long way. Unfortunately, that was lacking during this visit

  This team is absolutely amazing! I email them if not weekly, due to work related print outs and they are always so helpful and thorough. Shout out to the entire team!

Not only did he go above and beyond to help me with my shipment, but he was also incredibly kind and took the time to ensure that everything went smoothly.
