THERE WAS 2 EMPLOYEES, and then I told the young man, the young man was just indifferent, meaning he just couldn't care less.That's not the way you treat customers.No answer, no, nothing.Just is there anything I could help you with?No response to my question, my question was why?I'm on holdmeaning he just couldn't care less. That's not the way you treat customers. No answer, no, nothing. Just is there anything I could help you with? No response to my question, my question was why I'm on, hold for 10 minutes, in a nutshell, basically, what I'm saying is he could care less about my issue with the phone. If management does respond to me, I would like them to call me or give me a link. I can't give the phone number on here when I'd like to speak to somebody!!
