- JMJenn MDec 14, 20254.0This is my favorite USPS location that I have been to here in DFW. There is one lady that is always at the counter. She is amazing and has the best personality and attitude. I have heard folks be so abrupt and rude to her over things that are WAY past her control. She has always smiled politely and finished the transaction. The customer afterwards never paid the price for that. She completely resets for each person. I really appreciate that. The only reason I am rating 4/5 stars is the don't staff the front with enough folks to handle rush lines. Folks definitely aren't watching in the back for her to need assistance up at the counter. She literally has to walk back there and ask for someone to come assist. I have NEVER been inside this location where she isn't the only person working the counter. Doesn't matter how long the line is .... she's the only one there.
