  I went to this Fed Ex in Garland on today(Thursday Dec19, 2024 @ 9 a.m.). The lady who was working there wore glasses and I am unsure if she was Caucasian or Hispanic. All I know, is that she wasn't very welcoming and she told me I couldn't have my Walmart basket in there. Then she went on to say...I would have to pay for everything in my basket, but if I wanted to come back later I could. I am African American. So I understand her pre-judgment of me. I only had 3 small sweaters in my basket and they were laying over my basket and a bottle of disinfectant spray. Anywho, I told her I just needed to print something from my email, and she proceeded to ask me all these questions about if I was able to log in and whether or not it would work. Then, I told her I can use your computer right? She said, yes but it's very expensive. 55 cents a minute. There needs to be some serious discipline here at this store and serious customer service skills. There also needs to be an easier way someone can print of a label from their email. This lady was rude and unwelcoming. I will NEVER return. It's a shame you have to go through all of the unnecessary antics in order to get things done. SMH

  Hello, Highly recommend this place. Ms. Nikki was awesome!!! Very willing to help. I unfortunately made a mistake on the delivery address, and Nikki was great and provided all the guidance needed in order to correct MY mistake. Don’t go anywhere else Here is the place to receive, great customer service, and a friendly face.🙂
