He obviously doesn’t care to give any customer service (which is 90%) of his job. I needed one single piece of tape for a package the man MADE me buy a roll of postage tape for $3.99. I paid the $3.99 and put one single piece across my mailing label which was completely unnecessary to buy tape when he slaps on a label from the post office on top. This is likely the 5th time I’ve interacted with this customer service postal clerk. I leave feeling mad he has no care or concern about making postal customer’s days who already don’t want to be at the post office … worse. One piece of tape really? You can’t help with one piece of tape!? I can’t wait for the day for this grouchy old guy to retire, it’s time!
