- CKCrystal “Country” Killian6 days ago1.0When I went today, it seemed like they didn't even want to help me. It was Ester and another lady, who carried on a conversation before helping me. Mind you at that time I was the only person in there, there was no line. Finally they help me I asked to get a money order, she goes on to tell me I can't purchase a money order with a credit card, I said this is a debit card not a credit card. She tells me no she can't do it ill have to go get cash. I went to Sammy's on 45th st and purchased a MONEY ORDER WITH THE SAME CARD THAT I WAS TOLD WAS CREDIT CARD AND COULDN'T PURCHASE A MONEY ORDER AT THE POST OFFICE. SO FINALLY I make it back to the post office to mail my money orders priority. Soon as it was my turn in line (this time was a very long line) Ester decided to go ahead and take her break even though I was next in line so now I'm waiting again . I get to the other lady who is now working by herself during a rush and tried to explain what happened earlier and asked for Ester name. The lady started laughing at me with other customers making jokes saying I hope your not in hurry. I know nothing will be done about this considering the 1.7 stars they have. Best bet is to just avoid this place .

- KSKristy SpicerDec 12, 20251.0Employees are incredibly rude, came to return an item, was told to grab some tape from the counter and tape it up, once I put the tape on they told me that would be four dollars for the whole roll of tape. No mention that I would have to pay for the tape ahead of time, if I knew they were gonna charge me for tape I would’ve just taped it at home. Terrible experience won’t be coming back here again. It’s worth driving off island not to deal with these Employees
