I didn't have anything I actually needed but she got me squared away. Place needs the yard mowed, bad. Some paint wouldn't hurt either, but with the current state of things, I'm happy they are still keeping the lights on.

They do not verify your identification to confirm the move, and then your mail ends up getting held until you open a case with a post office. Also the supervisor is extremely rude. I suggest going to the other location on 23rd Street.
- MMMickey MouseJul 10, 20251.0nothing but one bad experience after another...I hate doing business with them...the delivery route people are pretty darn good as a rule...punctual and polite...there is one supervisor I like...but everyone else from the entire station...front desk to management is the absolute pits...as a rule...they don't answer their phone...and if they do...you can often hear them pick it up and then they hang up...they mishandle or don't submit claim information...delaying your claim for ever...one person usually at the front desk...and you get in a slow moving line...sometimes with a dozen people in it...and wait your turn...not uncommon to spend 15 or more minutes in line...I could describe in detail some of the horror stories I have had with management...but am tired of typing...a one star rating is generous...you would be way better off dealing with the downtown location...Bob Lyons is extremely poorly managed...especially from the top...
