  This specific location aways does an amazing job at helping me ship my packages to my family and friends. I've never had any issue with them. The staff is always kind and helpful. I keep seeing people leaving bad reviews and I just can't understand why. I think people just like complaining. Sad.

  Wish I could leave 0 stars. I took a package in there that I was selling and having to ship. The buyer in Michigan needed the shipping cost before he bought. So I told the lady that I needed the shipping cost to this zip code so I can inform my customer of shipping cost. So she weighs it then measures it and puts in the zip code and proceeds to tell me the cheapest way to ship is $97, so I told her I have to inform my customer to see if they want it and I would be back in a couple minutes. So I stepped outside and texted my customer the cost of the bike frame plus shipping would be $220, leaving me just under $125 after shipping cost which was good since I was asking $125 for the frame. He Venmo’s me the money and I walk back inside (less than 10 minutes has passed) and go up to the counter and proceeded to ship the bike frame, only this time the lady tells me it’s going to cost $177, not the $97 I was told, she said when they put it in for a specific address instead of the zip code it changed the price. That’s simply Not True. I’ve already sold and collected for the bike frame so I’m out almost $100, almost the entire price of my item because of this place, remember I Brought The Item To You To Get A Price

  Terrible experience w UPS here. Maube its a corporate fault but Ive sent 2 packages to different addresses 2x , months apart. Cost was excessive AND PACKAGES NEVER MADE IT and it took weeks for UPS to let ne know or resplve issue. Never again will i send things w UPS in Galveston. Fed Ex where are ypu.
