I’ve never had issues with my shipping address until recently. Four different times, packages were marked “returned to sender for an invalid address,” even though we receive mail every single day. I visited the post office today to see what was wrong. When I arrived, the staff seemed confused and even asked why the package would be sent back, which is exactly what I was trying to figure out. After confirming my address was valid, the employee then asked me for proof that I lived there, implying that someone like me couldn’t possibly live in this neighborhood. The staff seemed to blame me and requested unnecessary legal documentation. We would not have a key to our mailbox if we did not visit this exact post office. Very disappointing experience.

Worst post office there is. Lady was a jerk the whole time. Her name was Judy. She said never come to my post office without doing things exactly as I say. Don't come here. Felt rude and like a racial issue. The post office in Katy are way nicer and sweeter. They don't treat you wrong like this post office. She did not want to provide me with a receipt for my packages which was probably so I would not do a survey on her

I was very disappointed to find that my college degree had been folded into the mailbox, despite the fact that the envelope clearly could have been placed flat. This shows a lack of care and consideration for the contents of the mail being delivered. A college degree represents years of hard work, and it deserves to be treated with respect. I hope greater attention is given in the future to handling important documents properly.
