I looked up the policy online and it says you can have multiple BOTTLES as long as it’s not more than 16oz. Save your time and go to postal center by HEB. The ladies however were great. Very helpful!

However, supervisor Steve did an outstanding job by quickly figuring out the issue and hand delivering the correct key after hours on a Saturday. This is an example of going above and beyond for the community. After reading reviews about this post office, I was skeptical about my issue being fixed at all. However, Steve proved to me that we should sometimes put our trust in people without prejudice caused by bad reviews.

Many letters and packages not received both ways and I have been appalled that they sort mail outside, in the rain, every single day.
