All I needed was a paper to get laminated but was told I had to drop it off and pick it up at EOD. Any other Staples I go to is able to do this type of job in under 3 minutes. But not Valente.

Didn’t know what to do with the pick up order. Didn’t know how to even approach that and they had to keep going to the back and asking the manager in the office. They kept telling me just check the status of the order online and then when I went outside and tried to call them to maybe get to speak to the manager. They told me that it just wasn’t in stock. I wish they would’ve told me that while I was in the store instead of wasting my time.

They had lent me a shirt of their own for my passport photo because mine matched the background and one of them literally prayed over me when I started sobbing in middle of the store. Amazing people.
