It feels like it takes an act of Congress to get my print order processed, or they can’t seem to find my points. I usually just brush it off and say, “Maybe next time,” but I get emails all the time saying I have money to use toward my next purchase—so it’s confusing. Then last night, the cashier at the front told everyone to have a great day—except me. I had to laugh because it was clearly intentional. That’s all I have to say about that.
