This review is specifically about their notary pricing. I paid $40 for 4 documents ($10 each) and didn't think much of it until I visited another UPS Store in the area. There, I got 8 documents notarized for just $26 — $10 for the first document per person and $1 for each additional one. I reached out to this store to ask about the difference. They responded promptly and professionally, explaining that pricing varies by franchise and that their rates are within Texas law — which is true. But the math is hard to ignore: 4 documents here cost $40; 8 documents at another UPS Store cost $26. If you're a regular like me, great store overall — just worth a quick call before you come in for notary services if you have multiple documents.
