  After dealing with a rude employee (Jorge) at the Little Elm on El Dorado store, I came here and Jonathan was amazing. The place was slammed with a line out the door, but he stayed courteous, super helpful, and kept smiling. Total opposite experience—thanks, Jonathan!

  I would give UPS zero stars, as they kept me on hold with 3 different agents for 2 hours including escalation to their non existent manager and the package was not even delivered on the expected delivery date, causing my husband to reschedule his flight. Also, the tracking status showed leaving Ajax at 10am and we only got the package at 6pm. You wonder if Ajax and Whitby are in 2 different provinces and it takes a whole day to drive from Ajax to drop a package at Whitby. Screenshot attached. Useless customer service as they will only give you the status as it shows on tracking and can't do nothing to expedite it. Will never send a package through ups again. Please don't waste your time with UPS.
