  This is my favorite UPS store. Great staff! They work quickly and efficiently. The guy with glasses is tremendously helpful and knowledgeable. I love this location!!!

  Too crowded, only 2 people operates. Minimum 30 minutes waiting. Self service out of order. Very very disappointed.

  Been going here for a few years. Rosie is always kind to me and always helps me out with a smile. The long lines are the only issue, it can get a little uncomfortable queuing up.

  Jorge is rude and condescending. While he’s being unhelpful he keeps telling you to “have a nice day” which is plain mockery- given the fact he provided no service at all. Other employees at this location have been professional, which made his behavior stand out even more. He acted as though his UPS name tag gives him special powers or something. Because of this experience, we will be taking our business to a different UPS Store, even if it requires driving farther, to avoid dealing with Jorge again.
