    Staff is very nice. Staples can't fill orders correctly. Got an email to pick up in 30 minutes or less called the next day and still got nothing. Was offered $20 coupon for my trouble than a $50 coupon. Don't order past 6 pm if you want it same day

    Huge thank you to Doug for the amazing customer service! I came in as a walk-in for TSA PreCheck enrollment, and he was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process. He even stayed past his time just to make sure everything was completed for me, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you come across someone willing to go the extra mile like that. Doug made the experience smooth and stress-free—seriously can’t thank him enough!

    I purchased a chair from Staples Connect, and when I recently contacted the store for help, the experience was extremely frustrating. Instead of getting clear assistance, I was given the runaround by the store manager. What made the situation worse is that the store could not locate any information about my purchase or receipt. As a customer, that is very disappointing. I understand records can sometimes be hard to find, but I expected a real effort to help resolve the issue instead of being brushed off. Customer service should not end after the sale. If there is a problem, customers should be treated with respect and given honest, helpful support. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend keeping all of your paperwork if you buy furniture from this location, because getting help afterward may be difficult.
