- JDJocole Doddy6 days ago3.0Customer service here has been inconsistent, and unfortunately today was not a good experience. I understand that the assistant manager was busy handling shipments and multitasking, but customer service should still remain a top priority. Every time a customer walks through the door, they should feel acknowledged and valued, regardless of how busy things are behind the scenes. This location appears to be very busy, so it may be helpful to implement a better system that allows staff to manage operational tasks while still providing attentive service to customers. I also understand that people are often balancing a lot and working under pressure, and I try to be very understanding of that. However, maintaining a respectful and positive attitude is still essential when interacting with customers. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as it would greatly improve the overall customer experience.
