Two weeks later, instead of being delivered, the letter came right back to my house one block away. This was entirely USPS’s error. I paid extra for international Priority service and instead got delays, wasted money, and no delivery. When customers provide the correct information, it should not be changed or mishandled by staff. Very frustrating and unacceptable.
