- FFFarruFRDec 26, 20251.0I know this review won’t matter as much since this is a government office, but the people that work at this place lack the common understanding or the ability to interpret policy. Wanted to ship a package overseas but Marvin and his coworker insisted that USPS doesn’t ship tech with batteries internationally. I told them that the contents of the package contain a battery installed, not packaged with the device- which is a distinction the USPS has clearly outlined in their guidebook. But you know, you can’t wipe ignorance off incompetent people who can’t be reasoned with. So yeah, if you have a package that you want to have shipped either domestically or internationally that contains a battery, don’t waste your time at this location, go to the Eldorado Pkwy location where they will actually tell you if your item is allowed- per the USPS policy.
