    I stopped by here recently and had a surprisingly smooth visit. The staff here was professional, friendly, and moved with a sense of urgency, which I really appreciated. Even though there were a few people ahead of me, the line moved fast and the employees stayed patient and polite with everyone. The lobby was clean, organized, and stocked with the packaging supplies I needed, which made things a lot easier. I also noticed they kept the self-service area tidy, and the machines were actually working which is not something I can say for every post office. Parking was easy, and getting in and out of the building didn’t feel like a hassle. Overall, the whole process was quick and efficient, and the customer service stood out. It’s definitely one of the better USPS locations I’ve been to, and I’d happily come back to this one whenever I need to mail something.”

    I had two very large packages that took a lot of effort to get inside, nobody helped with the door even with the package being twice my size. The Indian man at the front was incredibly rude, was rushing me, I forgot to buy tape (which was fine and I was fine buying it), and with only 2 other people in line and 2 other open cashiers, was rushing me to go tape my boxes instead of helping me. He then complained about the labels on the boxes (as I just made a mistake cause I’m used to UPS), and I got one scanned. The other one I was having trouble with the QR code, and he offered no assistance. At checkout, due to how unhelpful, rushed and rude the cashier was, I put a frown face on the service. He then began to yell at me in front of all the other customers about how ungrateful I was and how much time he spent on me (I was inside less than 5 minutes), shook a crumbled up receipt at me and I ended up carrying the very large box back to my car. Very terrible and inappropriate experience. I was there from 10:15-10:20 am on 11/15.

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with this post office. This time, two of my packages were stolen. Both were clearly marked as “Received Without Contents” and “Received in Damaged Condition” when they reached the destination. I always drop my packages inside the designated USPS time slot, not outside which means someone inside the facility or USPS staff must have taken the contents. I am tired of filing claims and reports in the system because nothing ever gets resolved or refunded. This has happened more than once. ⚠️ I strongly advise against using this USPS location. It’s simply not safe to send packages from here anymore.

    I need to make a complains the lady’s in this place are horrible ! Specially the one in the passport - Worst customer service ever , the most rude people I’ve ever met they deff don’t like their jobs . I just tried two times to get my passport for my kids first time they spoke to me like I was an idiot and when I went for my appointment the lady from the passports didn’t do my sons passport when we had everything both parents present ID’s and we were already there and says that it takes 15 mins that my husband cannot pick up my daughter from school because she’s not done . HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ! they all need to get fired or at least a vacation they do not appreciate their jobs
