When I manage to enter the post office by double parking somewhere in the parking lot, there are but a handful of customers inside. Who is filling up this USPO parking lot every day? It is impossible to contact USPO personnel via phone or email at any level to find out what's going on. They don't appear to be interested in actually serving their customers in my opinion. It's been going on for weeks that I personally know of.

He said I had to inquire at the service door. The woman who opened the door was so rude. She said she did not have any info because Frisco USPS does not scan packages. Coppell does that. I said I have mailed several packages since I sell items on Poshmark and Frisco USPS accepts the package before sending it to Coppell. She said they didn't. Package was finally accepted by Frisco USPS Saturday AM.
