I was laughed at by multiple different clerks on multiple different visits. I have shipped the same type of package multiple times and been told I need different information each time. Absolutely incompetent, pathetic, and embarassing performance. Not to mention the always packed parking lot and incredibly long wait times. This place is a dump. I advise you to use any of the other post offices in the area.

I was not sure what had gone wrong for others in the past. This morning, even though it was Saturday, I went in with around 1,600 EDDM mailers. It was my first time, so I did not fully understand the process. Lizzy helped me right away and explained everything clearly. The entire process took no more than five to ten minutes, and everything was completed smoothly. I had a great experience and was honestly impressed. Sometimes reviews do not tell the full story. From my side, the service was excellent, professional, and efficient. I truly appreciate the help and the hard work.

Initially they asked for the lease document in printing, but accepted the soft copy that I showed them from my mobile. It looks like they need Certificate of Occupancy (CO) and leasing document to verify before submitting the request for postbox key. Positive experience. 👍
