UPS says you can print your label or bring your QR code and they will pack and ship for you, but I was told that I will be charged just to tape the package. If the item is already ready to go, charging for something as basic as tape feels unnecessary.

I just visited this UPS Store and had a great experience. The staff were very nice, welcoming, and helped me with a smile. They made the whole process quick and easy. It’s always nice to see friendly customer service like this. I truly appreciate their positive attitude and professionalism. Highly recommend this location! 😊

The customer experience here has been absolutely wonderful. The employees are so friendly and genuinely care about providing great service. Yesterday morning around 11 AM, I came in worried about a package and an employee named Kyathi went out of her way to help me. What really stood out was her great attitude, her willingness to help, and how quickly she handled everything. Even though the store was pretty busy, she stayed professional and made sure I fully understood what had happened. It really means a lot when someone takes the time to understand your situation and acts on it so efficiently. Highly recommend!
The WORST ups store I have ever been to. This is the second time I have visited this store and both experiences were bad. The first time they locked the doors 15 minutes early. There were a few of us standing outside waiting for them to open the doors. The workers were inside helping two customers and they could clearly see us waiting. After standing there for almost 10 minutes. They opened the door to let the customers out and told us that they will not be helping anyone else due to a family emergency.
Today I went in 10 minutes before closing and the store was full. At least 12 people waiting in line. The amazon kiosk was over flowing with packages stacked 3ft high on top and some falling in the floor. The counter in the middle and back of the store was also stacked with packages. The store is clearly unorganized. After a few minutes of waiting in line, the girl behind the desk shouted “the store is closing in 5 minutes”. Then the man shouted the same thing. So we asked what that meant. He said he would not be helping anyone else once it turned 6pm. I waiting a few more minutes and the line was not moving, but at this point I was no longer confident to leave my packages. I already used the kiosk for one Amazon return and I am hoping it makes it back to Amazon. This store needs corporate intervention.

Right before a snowstorm—and right before closing—I needed to fax time-sensitive documents that absolutely had to go out that day. I wish I could’ve gone earlier, but this was my only window of opportunity. I called ahead and spoke with Simon, who was upfront with me: the store was slammed, the line was out the door, and they could only help if I made it to the register before closing. I explained the urgency and said I’d be there in just a few minutes—and I’d be deeply grateful if they could help, if at all possible.
When I arrived, the store was exactly as he described—busy and intense. Simon and Andy were exhausted but handling nonstop customers with patience, focus, and professionalism. A few customers kindly let me step up briefly just to let Simon know I was there (thank you—truly). Simon took my documents, set up the fax, and kept it moving while helping others at the same time. Andy was doing the same—calm, efficient, and clearly stretched thin, yet never dismissive, even as they were running on their last reserves of energy.
What stood out most was how both of them treated people—not as transactions, but as humans with real needs. That kind of care and leadership matters, especially at the end of a long day. Huge thanks to Simon and Andy for showing up the way they did. 👏🏼
I highly recommend this location. What I experienced here—between the staff and the customers—was a small but meaningful moment of people helping people, and that’s something worth recognizing.🙏🏼
