    I had a fantastic experience with this UPS, especially two outstanding workers including Simon. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my return was handled with care and delivered on time.     I’m disappointed in the lack of professionalism and accountability at this location. My returned packages were never received and when inquired no response. More importantly when I carried in a lot of packages there was no assistance from staff who watched me from the door. Yes I could have made multiple trips , however what about those with disabilities. When i inquired to management as to why there was no automatic door his response was “ do you know how expensive that is?” I retorted with a snarky response about Americans with Disabilities. I will happily return my business to the location on Gary Burns, even though it’s a further drive.

    Used to having good service at this location but unfortunately today, I told the gentleman it was a tablet in the box and right after I paid for the shipping. He just tossed it on the floor…NOT a good Look in my opinion at ALL! Especially after a Customer tells you it’s an electronic device!

    ***** MISSING PACKAGE**** I dropped my package there like 4 weeks back and it’s still showing in transit. When I called them they said something was leaking but I am not sure I am assuming . Everybody works there on assumption. They said they will call me to provide the update but no body called I did many follow-ups but not even telling me the status of parcel at all. Never had any issue with other UPS but these guys are really not helpful…..

    I paid for overnight shipping, and that service was not delivered. The package did not arrive as promised, and at this point no one seems to know where it is. When I asked when UPS actually picked up the package, the staff could not give me any specific details. The tracking number does not show that UPS ever received the package, and UPS customer service also has no record or information indicating that the package was picked up at all. I was told someone would call me back with a status update, which never happened. I had to call back myself, only to get no additional information or resolution. This situation is extremely frustrating, especially given the cost of overnight shipping and the importance of timely and reliable handling. I expect clear communication, accurate tracking, and accountability when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, none of that was provided here. I would not recommend this location for time-sensitive shipments.
