I’ve had to call Amazon and explain my case and get a refund based on the packages that weren’t delivered back to them. They don’t put labels on the packages when you drop them off here right away because they are busy but place it on the counter behind them… then after you leave they stick the label on. I believe this is why my packages have gone missing. I’ve been told this by the employees here. Won’t be back, such a headache! Just want to warn others.

I stood in line for 20 minutes waiting for my turn. A young guy approached me and asked to help me. I then told him what exactly I was needing. He then informed me you need two forms of identification. He then showed me the list. The word passport was one that was able to be used. I had every thing they asked of me. I showed the young man my passport and it was a card that is now issued along with the booklet. The manager comes out from behind the wall and stated he was accepting my passport card. I then told him it was the original passport. He instructed me to leave the store and he was not helping me. Now please leave. Mind you i didn’t do anything wrong. Discrimination at its best.

I dropped the package, took the receipt and left as usual. Next morning i see no updates in the ups tracker and called UPS customer care. The customer care called the store and they said they can't find the package and is lost. The customer care person created a claim over the phone and shared the claim number with me. This is the 2nd time the package with high value has lost from this store and I shouldn't have gone with this store. Now i am stuck and not sure for how long the claim is gonna take.
