When I went back and explained the issue, they refused to retake them unless I paid again. I even asked what would happen if the new photos were rejected too — they said I would still have to pay again. They also refused to give any refund. This is daylight robbery. There is absolutely no accountability or customer satisfaction. Charging customers repeatedly for their own mistake is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place for passport photos.

This location has now been closed for five days due to a severe weather storm that hit on 1/23 late night. Every surrounding business is open, since the storm cleared on 1/27, yet the one business that supports business customers remains closed. There were multiple customers at the door yesterday trying to conduct business. Please implement a plan that addresses employee safety while still serving your customers, such as sending out a mass email to all PMB holders advising them of reopening timeline.
