    I would give UPS zero stars, as they kept me on hold with 3 different agents for 2 hours including escalation to their non existent manager and the package was not even delivered on the expected delivery date, causing my husband to reschedule his flight. Also, the tracking status showed leaving Ajax at 10am and we only got the package at 6pm. You wonder if Ajax and Whitby are in 2 different provinces and it takes a whole day to drive from Ajax to drop a package at Whitby. Screenshot attached. Useless customer service as they will only give you the status as it shows on tracking and can't do nothing to expedite it. Will never send a package through ups again. Please don't waste your time with UPS.

    On Saturday, 11/22/25, we arrived a few minutes before 2:53 PM to get one document printed that also needed to be notarized. It took the worker some time to get the tasks completed. She was able to get this printed for us at 3:01 PM. We asked to get it notarized but were denied due to it being after 3 PM. She then informed us to take it back tomorrow. *update On Sunday, 11/23/25, at approximately 12:45 PM, we returned to get the document notarized. We were informed by the young lady that they don't notarize on Sundays anymore due to the holidays. Poor customer service and lack of structure and organization.
