  I had a frustrating experience at this location on Saturday, January 10th, while trying to mail a package. However, I am writing this review specifically to highlight the store manager, Ms.Bobbi. I emailed her the same day, and she got back to me first thing Monday morning. She truly listened to my concerns and assured me she would address the situation with her team. Ms. Bobbi is an absolute gem—she provides excellent customer service and is such a kind, beautiful soul. To be honest, she is the only reason I continue to use this specific UPS Store. Thank you, Ms. Bobbi, for your professionalism and for making things right.

  I arrived at this UPS Store around 6:48 pm expecting it to be open until 7:00 pm like every other location in DFW. The doors were locked, the lights were off, and the store was clearly closed — it closes at 6:30. Because of this, my package did not go out and I incurred a cost of $120. Lesson learned: I’ll be sure not to make that mistake again! I’m genuinely curious — what makes this store special? Why does it close earlier than all the others?

  Make sure you see Ms. Bobbie! One of the kindest and sweetest lady I’ve ever came across! Hard working and will make sure you’re taking care of. Go support her and her team! They are amazing!!

  The last 2 Amazon drops were very unpleasant, brought in a perfectly sealed box and Bobbie refused it while another customer dropped off a pair of shoes without a bag or box. The way she came across was very rude. Plenty of other places I can go to. That's not a decent customer service. Sorry.
