Store owner David Cloud just emailed me confirming each store has its own policies and that's his policy. But UPS location at 380 and custer Rd and also Custer rd and Eldorado Pkwy are OK with this service as I have needed 2 of these prepaid envelope/ labels in the past 2 months. Each label can be printed after requesting customer ID and adding that information on the actual label. Coming from and going to the address on the Driver license. Here! That's how you eliminate or transfer any liability from what is being transported. All I am saying is there are ways to provide better service. These shipping labels have my information all over and are printed after my UPS account has been pulled up. My phone number, home address, name all needed to transfer any liability. Again, there are ways to make things work!!
