  I've been using this facility since 2010. Stopped by to inquire about having 2 posters printed and was given a price. Went in a second time to have them printed And when I picked them up, the quality was horrible. I was told to try to Redo the picture and they would try again (Price went up) picked a different picture thinking it would turn out better but again horrible quality and the customer service from Will The Assistant Manager was absolutely unprofessional. He was very demeaning, short and kept over talking while I would speak all because I was asking questions on the pricing and why it kepts changing for the same size posters I'm inquiring about. All he could say is, ma'am "Do you want us to print them or not" WOW! Way to make a loyal, paying customer find another place to do business! Shame on you.

  Had a printing order that wasn’t up to standard for visibility. Chris immediately focused attention and came with a solution. All I dealt with at this location were extremely helpful and courteous. I will do business with them again.

  Had a great experience at the FedEx store today. The staff was incredibly helpful with printing labels and packing my returns smoothly. Special thanks to Brooke (hope I got her name right!) for being friendly, patient, and making the whole process quick and hassle-free. Really appreciate the excellent service!
