He was patient and kind, despite the store being busy and several others not doing much to help, notably the person who seemed to be a print manager. Josh took time and care to make sure the order was right, down to correcting the envelope size that had previously been packed with my order so the cards fit properly. Thank you, Josh!!

As a result I had to drive all the way back and bring my ID. However I am not requested to show ID this time as I was served by another agent. This young man who triple confirmed that “In the past 6 months he worked there, showing ID has always been the case” is obviously bullshit. You obviously is not a good customer facing person. If I were your boss I’d fire you from your current role. I am going to write your company a letter too. (I have no problem following any new rule of Fedex which is why I drove all the way back under this cold weather. What I can't allow is someone make up a rule, pretending he is in charge and fool people around. I'll revisit my complaint and follow up to make sure they take care of this young man) For record, this horrible experience happened at 11/28 3:10 PM at this location. Agent assisted me is: White, Man, long hair above shoulder, 21-34 years old. If anyone knows his name please leave a comment. Update: I called Fedex corporate and they confirmed there is no such rule as "ID Mandatory" - Now I am wondering if this young white guy is a psycho... Which makes me less angry but worried more as he will do the same to others if he is nuts. Store manager if you are checking your store's feedback: FIRE HIM
