Rather than helping resolve the issue, the employees focused on arguing that the paper selection wasn’t possible, even after I showed proof from the online order. I ultimately had to suggest a workaround myself using a larger cardstock and cutting it down, yet I was charged extra for correcting an issue that wasn’t my fault. The interaction felt dismissive and more focused on being right than ensuring the customer was taken care of. This experience reflected poorly on the store’s customer service standards.
- AAA. AndersonDec 13, 20251.0Went to this location in the afternoon to drop off two packages for return. I've been to so many different FedEx and UPS locations. This one is by far the worst. The staff was rude and very unprofessional. He didn't greet. After he scanned two packages with the barcode I provided, he handed the barcode to me and said to me "I don't know which one is for which package" and expected me to put the label myself. I went through both bardcode myself to find the corresponding package. I didn't know I was supposed to put the label on the package myself. (That was the first time!) After that, I handed him two packages and he didn't even say one word when he handed me the receipt. He must have a bad day or it is a boring job for him. It definitely was not a good experience for me as a customer. I will avoid going to this location in the future.

I followed the instructions and sent an email to their printer to get access to upload my document. I waited about 15 minutes, received nothing, and sent a second email — still no response. I also tried logging into my OneDrive account, but the system wouldn’t work. After struggling for a while, I asked an employee for help. She only told me to send another email, which I had already done. No real assistance was offered, and nothing was resolved. In total, I wasted about 25 minutes and still wasn’t able to print my document. Very disappointing and definitely not the level of support I expected.
