    First and last time here thanks to Greg. He is rude and showed no interest in doing his job. The store is muggy and smells.

    When you drop the mail there is a possibility that they may loose your package especially if it is small envelope. Don’t do my mistake of trusting them. Get your mail scanned , get a receipt and then leave. I lost my package and since 2 weeks I have been going to the FedEx office and making multiple calls and filing a claim for reimbursement but all of no use. I provided them all the prove, statement etc but of no use. I am not going to waste more time. I am not going to use FedEx anymore. I have lost too much of peace on this.

    David was awful from start to Finnish. Every comment was condescending, and when asking what we were signing. Employee was angered and told us to "keep signing". I'll never use this location again, as well, I am thinking of making a verbal complaint the experience was so bad.

    I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with FedEx. The service I received was unprofessional, and I encountered behavior that felt discriminatory and unfair. Beyond poor customer service, there were actions that seemed fraudulent and not in line with standard business ethics. I urge FedEx to address these serious issues immediately. Customers deserve fair, honest, and respectful treatment, regardless of background.

    I have done business at FedEx Frisco for 11 years and have always had great encounters with the people that work there. This recent time I went in to get flyers and cards printed, I was met with the rudest most unprofessional Gen Z worker I have ever interacted with. Because I manage a business, I am the extremely patient when it comes to customer service that is lacking. I always give people the benefit of the doubt that maybe they are having a bad day or they are going through something. This gentlemen with dreads yelled at me when he got my order wrong. I pulled up the emails with the instructions but he wasn't intersted. He shouted 'Ma'am DO NOT INTERUPT ME WHILE I AM TALKING TO YOU!' then waved his hands in front of my face to dismiss me even more! Abusive language should never be given between a man and a woman. But abusive, dismissive language should Definitely NOT be said in a customer service oriented place. I train in high level customer service and would NEVER tolerate people losing their professionalism in public. I will actually always wonder if I did in fact interrupt him again would the guy with dreads have hit me? His voice and body language told me to protect myself and leave as soon as possible. So I hope nobody else gets treated like this. But if you do get the guy with dreads, know that he knows, he knew before you came in. And if he is wrong, then no he knows everything and you are wrong. And if you are a coworker or manager that works with this gentleman, know that his actions dictate how the public sees you and interacts with you. I expect this at USPS but not FedEx.
