During my visit, I requested a single copy of a photo to be printed. Instead of being met with a helpful and welcoming attitude, the associate I encountered responded negatively and told me I would need to make an appointment in order to have one photo printed. This response was both unprofessional and unacceptable. Printing a single photo is a basic service that should not require an appointment, and the dismissive manner in which I was addressed left me feeling unwelcome as a customer. This incident is not isolated. A review of other customer feedback for this location reveals a troubling trend of negative experiences that point to systemic issues with customer service. As a customer, I have choices—there are multiple competitors within a one-mile radius who are eager to provide the service FedEx Office should be known for. When I choose to spend my money with FedEx, the least I expect is exceptional customer service, not excuses or barriers to completing a simple, routine request. I urge upper management to take immediate action to address these concerns. Customer service is the foundation of brand loyalty, and experiences like mine erode confidence in FedEx Office’s commitment to its customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The front desk staff clearly don’t care about customers — no courtesy, no willingness to help, and zero professionalism. Asking for basic information about prices or shipping felt like a bother to them. It’s shocking how careless the service has become. We badly need a new, customer-friendly FedEx store on 380 or 1385. Definitely not coming back here again.
