  Very very racist on how they treat people , I feel I was priced as a criminal because I look Mexican and two employees acted like they wanted to argue with me, theyvtratvwgite people very respectful and nice , but if y look Mexican you will be treated like this they don’t hire Hispanics only if yr white skin Hispanic

  The staff is usually inundated and they’re always courteous. They cleared out the store and provide great customer service.

  I’m really disappointed in the pricing at this UPS Store. I had 67 pages that needed to be scanned and emailed back to me. This location charged me $72 just to scan and email the documents — no printing, no supplies used, just sending a digital file. For context, I had those same documents printed at a different UPS Store for signing purposes, and that location only charged me $15 to print all 67 pages using their paper, toner, and materials. Naturally, I went to a different UPS Store to have them scanned back to my email, and the price difference was shocking. How is printing full documents cheaper than simply scanning them? The inconsistency feels unreasonable and, frankly, like a rip-off. Customers shouldn’t have to guess which store will charge fair prices. I won’t be returning to this location, and I strongly recommend double-checking costs before agreeing to services here.
