- GGGolden GoatDec 31, 20255.0This is, without a doubt, the most friendly, easiest to deal with, Post Office I have ever used. Every time I go, they are cheerful and professional. The lines are not terribly long. I have seen every customer attended to with courtesy by each staff member. While I have witnessed good service provided by other workers, I have personally only dealt with Nikki. She is fantastic. She always says good morning and apologizes for the wait (even if the wait is not long). She is a model for great customer service.
- SGSean GurrenDec 18, 20252.0Went to this location to mail a package internationally. By 4:30, the staff says that they are closed which the sign says they are open until 5 pm. I was having difficulty pulling up the qr code for them to scan, and I was told to just come back the next day since they are already closed. I asked why are they closing when their closing time is 5 pm? There are people coming in hoping to drop off mail but we're turned away because they close at 4:30.

If it’s being done to others to where I’m getting others mail, I know that others are most likely receiving my mail. I’ve contacted them before regarding this, they placed the mail person on a one month probation which helped for awhile but it recently has started back up. This time more than probation needs to be done. This is not right as I get important mail as do others. Not all neighbors are as honest either. I’m going to need a permanent resolution for this. For right now I’ve just been placing the incorrect mail in the outgoing mailbox yet it’s seeming to end right back up in my mailbox smh. It’s just like if you don’t want to really do the job that pays you, then quit and allow someone else an opportunity who will actually like and do their job
