He also leaves packages stuffed in our mailbox to where we cannot get them out and once it’s full, he just leaves them on top of the mailbox for anyone to come by and grab if they so pleased. I would appreciate someone talking to the delivery person for Northwood Hills Drive and telling him to be a little bit more professional about his job with the government. If this happens again, I will issue a formal complaint in person.

They consistently cram mail and packages into my mailbox, often bending or damaging items that clearly shouldn’t be forced to fit. Most recently, they left my mailbox wide open with an oversized package sticking out, exposing all of my mail to theft, rain, and wind. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of courtesy and basic common sense from a service that’s supposed to handle mail responsibly. I expect far better attention and care than what I’ve been receiving.
