  The UPS store in Fredericksburg, TX does not believe in customer service. I went in to copy 5 double sided pages. I was the only person in the store besides the clerk. I asked him a question and he came over and showed me how to do the copies. The cost of my copies was $.84, but he charged me a $2.50 printing fee for helping me. This store use to be friendly and helpful. Now they charge you for customer service. Per the response that was posted by the owner, I reached out to the email given. That was two days ago. I have not heard back from anyone 😕

  My experience here was not great. Yvonne helped me to send my package but seemed irritated when I took a few extra minutes to find the recipients name and address. Granted I thought it was more easily accessible but it added all of 2-3 mins onto our interaction and she acted like it took me an hour. Then she asked me to confirm my information and I asked if I could please use a different originating address and she rolled her eyes and said “yes, but that’s why I asked you at the beginning if the other address was the one you wanted to use.” This was incorrect — she only asked me if my info was in the system, not which address was in the system or if that was the one I wanted to use. I was a little baffled by her response when it took her about 30 seconds to correct my issue, and it again was received like it was going to take her an hour. I could tell she knew she’d offended me after calling me “sweetheart” as I was leaving. I don’t think I’ll be coming back as there are other options with more courteous staff in Fredericksburg. As I myself work in customer service, I could never imagine speaking to a customer the way she spoke to me and treating someone like such an inconvenience when I just wanted to ship my package and only took about 5-10 mins out of her day.

  They are extremely rude and not helpful. Packages delivered are subject to a $10 per day fee even when sent via UPS Had to go back twice to get package because they said they didn’t have it .

  This store staff could't be more rude. This is the absolute worst UPS Store I have ever encountered. You will get automated messages that your package was delivered and show up hours later and get some crap about not checking-in your order? I literally can see my name on the boxes behind them and they refuse to hand them over even when called out. How UPS can allow this franchise to represent UPS is beyond me. Then they will randomly charge you for UPS packages shipped to them. Sometimes it is free to pickup other times they make up random fees that don't match anything posted by UPS such as a $10 a day fee for each day the package is at their store. How many people are yelling at them when you are waiting in line with the exact same issue is beyond me how this is not address by UPS corporate.
