I paid 2 different employees cash for package overage fees in December 2025 (one I paid $4, the other I paid $2). This was the last 2 visits I made to the store to pick up packages in late December -- I was all paid up and received no other packages in December 2025. Thre were previous package overage fees paid by cash in Dec 2025, it is just these fees paid in the last 2 trips that are in question. I have NEVER received a receipt for cash payments for package overage fees. My mistake - I trusted that the staff new what they were doing. Apparently, the cash payments were not allocated to my account. Now, in mid-January 2026, I have packages to pick up that arrived in January, and they will not give me my packages until I pay the package overage fees from December AGAIN. The staff ovbiously is not entering package overage fees as paid on my account, and now I am being double charged -- and they will not give me my packages (including medication) until I pay them AGAIN the fees that I paid at the end of December. They will not give me the owner's contact information to discuss this accounting issue. I am pretty sure this happened before, but it was only $2 that I was being asked to pay a second time, and I figured, no big deal. But this issue continues to happen. If you are going to charge package overage fees, then APPLY THE PAYMENT TO THE CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT SO YOU DO NOT INSIST THAT THEY PAY THE SAME FEE AGAIN - AND GIVE THEM A RECEIPT FOR CASH PAYMENTS. Another issue with the same store: When I signed up for this "membership" for my box at the UPS store, the document I received said there would be a discount on small businss services (faxing, copies), and there would be a discount on UPS shipping. I have paid for numerous of these services, and when I asked about the discount for these things for box holders, I was told each time that there is no discount for box holders. Come on -- if you are going to charge "package overage fees", the GET THE PAYMENT ENTERED IN MY ACCOUNT, and if you are going to use a membership model that says there are discounts on certain services, THEN HONOR THE PUBLISHED DISCOUNTS. I have let the UPS Store corporate office know what my experience has been at the Fredericksburg, TX UPS Store, since the manager will not allow customers to contact the owner. I know if I owned the business, I would want to know if the employees were running off customers. Update: I received a text that now I have a package storage fee since one of the packages they are refusing to give to me has been there over 1 week. I discussed with the manager the fees I paid in late December of $4 and $2, in cash, no receipts given -- and no further packages were received in December. Then she said the package overage fees are for January 2026 -- I told her this is not possible since I have not exceeded the package allowance of 16 packages received in Jan 2026. Then she decided that because there were 23 packages received in Dec 2025, that the $6 in package overage fees must apply to December. I told her the $6 I paid at my last 2 visits in December were NOT the only package overage fees paid in December, they were just the last ones, as there were no other packages received in December. She said without knowing the day and time I was in to pay the package overage fees, she could not look up the history from back in December. Well, remember, they never give receipts for package overage fees paid in cash....so good luck there. I paid the fees so I could get my packages, and I will cancel my box membership soon and go elsewhere. And she said she would educate staff on there being discounts on small business services and UPS shipping for box holders. Great -- doesn't really address the full price I have been paying for these things because I was told there is not a discount for box holders.

The young man at the front is very rude and condescending. He will give you short answers and snide comments. Customer service is not a priority at this store now. Used to be much better before new employees

Yvonne was amazing at the store. I went in for a notary, and she was very fast and efficient. I would highly recommend the store.
