I do a lot of online shopping and in 6 years I only ever got 2 notices saying I had boxes at the post office. The rest of it was a guessing game, tracking everything online. Then when you go down and ask for it, they wanna fight because you don’t have a slip. Though my carrier was very nice, the people in the post office itself were always unpleasant and awkward to deal with. My grandmother had sent me checks at least twice that I never received, she would ask me months later why I never cashed them. So there’s more lost mail. Got a replacement credit card because my old one expired, should’ve been forwarded first week of January as well. Finally had to call Chase last week and have it canceled because it never came either. Moved out of state in December. Was waiting on license plates for my new car to get forwarded since the first week of January. I spent much time on the phone with Frankston post office, with them pointing fingers at everybody else and they could not possibly be at fault. It finally came today, March 8, envelope looks like it’s been through a tornado, but there is a bright white forward sticker on it dates March 6.... 3 weeks after my temporary tags expired and I had an illegal car sitting here because they misplaced my mail, but wouldn’t take any responsibility. Always found it strange too that they don’t post mark their mail, so it’s almost impossible to know exactly when it came through there. Just one of many reasons to not live in Frankston, Texas!
