- JAJohnny AndersonMar 30, 20261.0Well I have not used people ready since 2021and decided to give it a shot because they have got me plenty of work back in 2021. Found out I can never use jobstack or people ready again that I had been terminated cause I supposedly cussed a member out. Which never happened, had disagreement that was about it. But kim made it clear that I'm terminated and nothing can be done about it. Just took someone's word don't care to hear my side of story and I get screwed. Kim is very negative and made a statement 10 times how I can do nothing about it. No one can help me. Guess we know who the disagreement was with. I thought people ready was funded to help people get work and find jobs, to give helping hand. Kim needs be terminated I can only imagine how many other people she has screwed over.

She was rude mean and nasty towards me as a paid employee. I asked if I could receive payment and she replied she doesn’t know and gave me no reference for resolution. It disheartens me as I have worked with this agency for 10+ years and never received this type of disservice. People Ready we have got to do better
- MWM WJan 22, 20261.0Amy and Kim are the most unprofessional staffing employees I’ve ever spoke to. They both always have an attitude on the phone. Amy was very judgmental when me and my boyfriend came in person. And Kim is very lazy, I came one day and she sent me back home just because she was in a meeting. None of them like to do their jobs. If you are looking for consistent work, don’t even bother coming here. There are no jobs available and they want you to book shifts through an app that never has any open positions. It was just a waste of time. Please go somewhere else like express employment or randstad where they actually speak to you with respect and have multiple job opportunities.
