  Came in to ship out a couple of boxes and the lady who assisted me was aggressive from the start and said I could have used the kiosk up front. I told her there was a sign on the machine and that’s why I didn’t use it. There also wasn’t a wait and I prefer to have a person assist me instead of fumbling through a touchscreen kiosk that I have never used. She then picks up my boxes mixes them up just to set them back down and now I hope I sent the correct box to the correct address because I had them stack in a certain order. Maybe I should have just used the kiosk instead of having an employee assist me.

  I have not been to a FedEx in a long time, but when I do go to one, I make sure it’s this location. I would like to recognize (and thank) Ms. April and Keke for their service this morning. Both went above and beyond to help me. Thank you both so very much.

  I have been to this location a couple times, and both times Pamela has helped me with my pickups. She is courteous and efficient all while helping multiple customers at once, by herself. FedEx in general kind of sucks with delivering packages to my home. It seems like all they have to do is hit a speed bump and they’ll delay my delivery. But my experience with re-routing to this location and doing a pickup has been a positive one so far.

  So we just came from this Horrible place. Due to the Manager he discriminated us. All we wanted to do was ask him something. If he could help set up an account. But all he had his mind set on was a discount. We never said or asked a out a discount. But he wouldn't shut up long enough to hear what we were talking about. But thanks the gentleman working next to him. To help understand us and help us. But I will say my temperature went from 0.01 to 100 so fast I was speechless. Just looking at this man like wow the young lady that was white. You were just giggling and smiling with. Once we were next whole attitude changed and I don't understand why. But I'm guessing because we are Mexican Americans and you felt like we just discussed you. I can say that was real disrespectful of you. But God Bless you sir, I'll be praying for you that's for sure
