- DADebra Arrington5 days ago5.0Awesome experience today. I felt valued and welcomed. Customer service was excellent. The store was clean and the employees were extremely helpful. To be honest it was the BEST FedEx experience I've had in years.
- BCB CMar 26, 20261.0The manager Kelly is rude and intentionally difficult with specific individuals. I've brought items into this location clearly marked with appropriate prepaid labels (including warning labels when appropriate) and Kelly gives me the third degree. However, when a black male came in with boxes containing items like mine, they received smiles and Kelly bending over backwards to help and accommodate them (my last visit it was a Hispanic female-same treatment) This most recent visit today. I did not tolerate her inquisition and pushed back. This is unacceptable and implies preferential treatment based on race! I'm fed up!

Yet there was only 1 person working her name was Sabrina, she was running like crazy, overwhelmed & yet was still so polite, so informative so helpful and constantly apologizing for the wait & getting customers out as quickly as she possibly could all by herself with a smile and not 1 complaint! I Just wanted FEDEX to know SHE NEEDS HELP & what a super Employee to have on board and how well she performed under pressure! Thank you Sabrina
