Very poor customer service. Light skinned black girl was rude and did not seem like she wanted to help. I asked a question because I genuinely didn't know what I was doing and she looked at me like I was dumb. This was around 9:45am and today is Thursday February 19th. I left and went to another post office.

Went to this post office today, 01-20-2026 and was met with abysmal "customer service" by the 2 young female employees that I encountered working there. Several things (like maybe 5) happened that made it clear these 2 employees were not happy with having to interact with customers. I will share two:
1) I bought 2 sheets of stamps and went to pay with cash and was informed by employee #1 (the first one I encountered) that no cash was being accepted, I must use credit card. So I asked, "When did that start?" and empl #1 said, "Today." I was understanding her to mean that starting today and going forward, this post office would only accept credit card for payment. To make sure I got it right, I asked for clarification at which point empl #1 explained that they had no cash on hand. (I suspect since it was 10 min to closing, they wanted to get out quickly and had shut down cash transactions.) So in an effort to clarify, I said, "So, some days you accept cash and others you don't?" Empl #1 replied in a less than friendly manner, "That's why I said today." In frustration over this lack of service and other instances of poor customer service in that same visit, I replied, "No need to get snippy." So, apparently, it was just for today but these 2 employees sure made it difficult to get the information.
2) I asked empl #2, who was actually waiting on me, to weigh a letter I had brought to see if it needed 1 or 2 stamps. Empl #2 says, "It just needs 1 stamp." I asked nicely if she could weigh it anyway. That didn't go over well. Her whole attitude and body language let me know that she was annoyed with my request. At the speed of light, she weighed the letter and informed me again, not in a particularly pleasant way, that one stamp was sufficient.
There were at least 3 more instances of poor and/or rude customer service. Perhaps, they should just put up a sign saying, "Customers not welcome." That is sure how I felt.

I don't know where these negative reviews are coming from but the Post Office on 8th Ave FW next to Fiesta grocery has some of the nicest people that I've experienced in Ft Worth. I use this PO often and my mail always get to it's destination in a timely manner. And the ladies (Customer Service) front desk are always very nice and pleasant.

Horrible service. They lost a package of mine worth 50 dollars that was going to be a gift simply because they assumed I didn’t live at the place I’m staying currently. Even after updating online. Then I speak to supervisor and employees who just don’t care about you. Machines at desk seem to be “not working” but self serve is. Horrible place to get things done and no sincere or empathetic service given.

The rudest place I have ever been to. I was looking to send some very irregular packages and I'm relatively new to shipping things. The lady from the counter yelled at me from behind the counter about coming forward. I told her several times I was looking at prices but still have new an attitude. Once I was ready to check out, I was asking questions about a particular box in which she gave me responses that were in a very rude, demeaning way and told me I had to buy tape to tape it up. So I got tape and left the other 2 packages there. Then she started yelling at me to answer some question while I was in the middle of taping as if she couldn't just handle someone else or wait for 3 seconds for me to finish. She continued to scream at me about in which I bluntly asked her if I could finish taping first. Then, she got hostile and threatening towards me
This is the most rude, unproffesional place I've ever seen. There's a reason why they have 2.1 stars on thier reviews.
