I don't know where these negative reviews are coming from but the Post Office on 8th Ave FW next to Fiesta grocery has some of the nicest people that I've experienced in Ft Worth. I use this PO often and my mail always get to it's destination in a timely manner. And the ladies (Customer Service) front desk are always very nice and pleasant.

Horrible service. They lost a package of mine worth 50 dollars that was going to be a gift simply because they assumed I didn’t live at the place I’m staying currently. Even after updating online. Then I speak to supervisor and employees who just don’t care about you. Machines at desk seem to be “not working” but self serve is. Horrible place to get things done and no sincere or empathetic service given.

The rudest place I have ever been to. I was looking to send some very irregular packages and I'm relatively new to shipping things. The lady from the counter yelled at me from behind the counter about coming forward. I told her several times I was looking at prices but still have new an attitude. Once I was ready to check out, I was asking questions about a particular box in which she gave me responses that were in a very rude, demeaning way and told me I had to buy tape to tape it up. So I got tape and left the other 2 packages there. Then she started yelling at me to answer some question while I was in the middle of taping as if she couldn't just handle someone else or wait for 3 seconds for me to finish. She continued to scream at me about in which I bluntly asked her if I could finish taping first. Then, she got hostile and threatening towards me This is the most rude, unproffesional place I've ever seen. There's a reason why they have 2.1 stars on thier reviews.

I always have an issue when I come to this post office. Today, no one at the front, rang the bells for ten minutes before anyone came out to help me, no apology.

Friday 10/17/2025 at about 4:35pm. USPS Located at 2600 8th Ave., Fort Worth, TX I walk in at the post office to purchase a money order and there was one employee conversating to a customer in front of me after a short wait and listening that the conversation was already past the customer needs at a post office, " I said excuse me can I just purchase a money order. " the employee got offensively and replied back," that was very rude of you to interrupt my conversation, for that you are going to wait longer and walked away. and when she was walking away, I ask her for her name," she replayed you don't need to know my name." with a rude attitude. The customer that was talking to the rude employee apologize to me and walk away," I told the customer no worries is not your fault." And then another employee came out to the front to help me and I ask to speak to management regarding a complaint. and a female claiming to be the manager came to the front window and by this time the rude employee that I was complaining about was already out at front boot, I ask the manager to give me the name of the employee because I was going to write a bad review and that I was also going to place a complaint regarding this matter, and the manager replayed back no I cant give you her name because you cant put her name on google and I said ok can you give me your name and she said why do you need my name, and then she ask me what was the problem, so I explain to her in front of the female employee with the rude unprofessional attitude.," and the rude employee replied, "no that's not how it happened." At this time there was more customers listening to the entire discussion between manager ,rude employee, and myself, so I decided to end it, I told the manager that I already had explain my part and that I was not going to continue with this conversation, and the manager with a smirk on her face," replayed well I have to hear both sides of the story," and said all I can do is apologize. This is a rude unprofessional and disrespectful way to treat any customer, this actions are not acceptable in any way or form.
