    Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful. I got my passport renewed here super quick and easy without even making an appointment. And an added bonus is the beautiful building it’s in.

    Tay was nice and friendly!! she also let me know about the prices, went over my paperwork and reassured me everything was fine ( first time passport ) it was a smooth process in at 2:00 out by 2:10!!

    Passport office worker is rude as hell!!!! My appt interrupted her game playing on her phone so she was Not helpful. Had a Smart ass attitude. Asked for information that was not actually required on the form in an effort to be difficult! If the website said it wasn’t required, why do you require the information. That doesn’t make sense.

    Sitting here for more than 40 minutes, ladies have birthday party and customers are waiting in the lobby, no one is helping. Counters are empty.
