The front desk representative displayed a complete lack of urgency and professionalism when handling my package. While I waited, I watched him place other guests' mail and packages securely behind the counter, yet when it came to mine, he left it out in the open on the side counter—completely unsecured. Anyone could have walked in and taken it. In addition to that, I paid for priority shipping, which clearly states 2–3 business days. I made the transaction on Wednesday, 08/20/25, and according to the tracking information, my package won’t arrive until Monday, 08/25/25 at 9 PM. That is well beyond the promised delivery window, and there has been no explanation for the delay. Between the careless handling of my package and the delayed shipping, I feel this situation was either negligently or maliciously mishandled. I will be contacting corporate directly regarding this matter, as I expect a full explanation and appropriate resolution.

The two customers in front of me had very simple returns, and it took the guy FOREVER to check them out. At one point, he struggled to put STAMPS on one of their mailer envelopes. I am not joking. It was just sad. I don't care how convenient of a location this is, I will NEVER return.
