I’ve seen many near collisions that could be completely prevented if drivers would obey traffic laws and stop before entering right of way traffic.

The employee who assisted me (I believe her name was Nipa) was so nice and incredibly helpful, even though there were many people waiting in line. She took her time walking me through everything, explained all the options clearly, and even used examples to make sure I fully understood how everything worked.
