This location was unable to successfully deliver a small box of contacts to a simple apartment mailbox for no discernable reason, but I guess they get a star for at least keeping me updated about it.

Never, ever does this post office deliver Hold Mail when it is scheduled. And we cannot get in touch with the unit where it is held. Plus, no one answers the main number. So we have to do a run to this place (14 miles) hoping we are not passing it in route to our house 3 days late. Basically they just let it rot in their Hold Mail center. 15 years of this!

the staff here is miserable, the african american girl was super sweet but the old blonde lady and the other one acted like needing a package taped up was asking for a billion dollars i’ve been mailing stuff for years, they always just tape it up. the lady made me buy tape instead of just using the tape gun she had sitting on her damn desk terrible service, she had a bad attitude. i go to this location a lot bc its convenient but god forbid i run into those two ladies again

If I could give this review zero stars I would. I had a package that left Florida on Oct 17th and arrived at this post office from Florida on the Oct 19th it was supposed to be delivered to my house on Oct 20th. On Oct 23 it still says in transit and it won't update. The 23rd is the last date it shows activity. This facility is only 62 miles from my home. Today it is Oct 29th still has not updated just says transit to next facility. I lost count on the times my packages or certified documents that I've paid extra ends up lost. I understand that there's a lot of mail and packages that go through these facilities and things happen but come on. Someone isn't doing their job or the sorting machine is not working properly.
