The staff is usually very friendly (if you are cordial yourself) and willing to help whatever way they can. I will say that there tends to be a 2-3 business day delay in getting packages moving from this particular location if you drop packages off during off hours. HUGE bonus points to this location for forwarding an accidental FedEx package I dropped off by mistake. Thank you so much for doing that!

The Employee that helped me before was at lunch I ask them to please call him . They said I don’t have his phone number. Never check or ask anybody else . I knock on a door that was closed To ask for a supervisor .when they open the door my pasaporte was right there . I complained To the supervisor an she was like all a annoyed And everybody in there are rude and no Professional that all.
