- TGTasha GoldenOct 22, 20251.0I wish I could give them zero stars, I’m very disappointed with the Fort Worth Downtown Post Office. My package shows as “Delivered,” but I never received it — and no key was left in my mailbox to access a parcel locker. I called the post office several times, and no one answered the phone. When I reached USPS Customer Service, they told me to contact this branch directly, but I still can’t get any help. It’s unacceptable that a package can be marked “Delivered” when the customer can’t actually access it. I just want someone to check where my package really was placed and help me retrieve it. The lack of response and accountability from this location is extremely frustrating.
