How can you get something to me that shipped yesterday and not the one that’s 3 days ago from the same person right here at home!?!?! It would be different if it wasn’t there! Also, if I drive all the way there and you tell me I can’t get my package not only have you wasted my rest of my entire day to start you’ve costed me 5 to 6 HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!! Customers get UPSET! Do your job USPS. You make plenty of money and benefits to do it! Get it together

I’ve put in multiple service request that all get closed saying it’s been resolved when nothing has actually been resolved since nobody has called me or delivered my package. Every time I call the post office directly it rings till it finally disconnects. I’ve even went up there and left my information and was supposed to be called within a few hours that was last week and still nothing. The women who took my info was nice but it was also a complete waste of time! I watched the post man not deliver my package when he marked it as delivered. I was called a week later saying it was found and would be in my box that day and still nothing. They just keep putting in service request and closing them without fixing the problem and there is nobody else to call. Unfortunately we don’t have a choice and must use them for mail but I will never use them for online ordering again.
