He told us everything we needed to do & not do. I have had all good experiences with the 2 females, 1 younger than the other when Amazon didn't deliver a pkg. Waylon then got involved-they opened all the delivery boxes to double ck Amazon. Then the older of the 2 women told me exactly how to handle the Amazon situation & she solved the puzzle for me. All 4 of these employees went out of their way to prove that Amazon didn't do what they claimed. And truly, all 4 deserve kudos in the customer service department!
