After reading the reviews I considered waiting to mail my packages. I went anyway with pen in hand. Once I started writing my pen ran out of ink. I asked the lady (Bennie) working there if she had one I could use. With a smile she loaned me one. Once I was ready, I went up to the counter. She was very nice and helpful. She put some extra tape on my packages for me. I don't know if this PO had or has some rude person there that might had caused the low rating. But I know it wasn't because of this lady. Thanks Bennie.
